Exposing Court Abuse, Judicial Corruption,
and Child Neglect Nationwide
website under construction

About Tyce Bonjorno – Founder of CourtAbuse.org
My Mission
My name is Tyce Bonjorno, and I am the founder of CourtAbuse.org, a platform dedicated to exposing family court corruption, judicial abuse of power, violations of parental rights, and systemic failures that put children in danger.
For years, I have been forced to navigate a broken system that prioritizes protecting state actors, judges, clerks, and agencies over protecting children and families. The painful truth is this: state courts protect state courts, federal courts protect state courts, and no one is held accountable.
What started as my personal fight to protect my children has grown into a mission to demand justice, accountability, and transparency nationwide.
My Story and Why I Created CourtAbuse.org
I have invested years of my life, tens of thousands of dollars, and endless miles of travel just to be heard in courtrooms that refuse to provide even the most basic due process protections.
I have faced void orders, denied motions, fraudulent filings, and repeated violations of constitutional rights. Motions supported by documented evidence of child abuse and neglect were dismissed without hearings. Requests for basic rights — like a DNA test, proof of adjudication of paternity, or disclosure of where my children reside — were denied again and again.
It saddens me deeply that the children are the ones who suffer the most. I have seen my children cry in fear, knowing they would be forced back into a home filled with abuse and neglect. I reported this abuse to state agencies and to the courts, but instead of protecting my children, the courts protected the abuser and enforced orders that are legally void.
The fact remains: there is no adjudication of paternity in my case. I never signed a Voluntary Acknowledgment of Paternity (VAP). I never took a DNA test. And no court has ever entered a valid adjudication order. Yet the Kansas Attorney General, Kansas DCF, and even federal courts have refused to acknowledge this, because doing so would void years of unlawful orders, sanctions, and child support rulings.
When I filed motions and supplemental motions to demand proof of adjudication of paternity, the Rush County courts denied my due process by refusing to hold hearings and dismissing the motions without review. This is a direct violation of constitutional rights, parental rights, and due process protections guaranteed under both Kansas law and federal law.
What I Believe
• I believe no child should be forced to live in abuse and neglect while courts protect reputations instead of children.
• I believe every parent has the right to due process, fair hearings, and equal protection under the law.
• I believe no order is valid without adjudication of paternity — no DNA test, no VAP, no valid order means all orders are void.
• I believe state courts and federal courts collude to shield each other instead of protecting families.
• I believe families nationwide face the same corruption, abuse, and misconduct that destroyed mine.
Why This Matters
This is not just about me. It is about every parent who has been silenced, every child who has been forced back into unsafe conditions, and every family destroyed by judicial misconduct, abuse of power, and corruption.
The truth is heartbreaking: children cry, families break, and lives are destroyed — all while judges and clerks hide behind a system designed to protect itself.
CourtAbuse.org exists to shine a light on this corruption, to hold state actors accountable, and to demand the truth. This site contains sworn affidavits, court documents, motions, transcripts, and evidence that prove exactly how the courts have failed.
Moving Forward
I am not giving up. I have already faced federal courts denying lawsuits with prejudice, sanctions designed to silence me, and repeated refusals by state agencies to provide records they know do not exist. But I will not stop speaking the truth.
This website is my sworn declaration that everything published here is 100% factual and backed by documentation. My mission is to share my story, connect with whistleblowers, news outlets, and media organizations, and give other parents the courage to come forward.
CourtAbuse.org is not just my fight — it is a call to action. Together, we can expose family court abuse, judicial corruption, systemic fraud, and violations of parental rights that are destroying families across this country.
